Meghan Hillis

Meghan joined The Alliance Lawyers in 2025 after being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2024. She articled with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, where she handled a wide range of solicitor and litigation based matters. Meghan earned a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Guelph and completed a Master’s in Public Policy, Administration and Law at York University. After working in the corporate and commercial sector, she relocated to England and completed her law degree and a Master of Law in International and Commercial Law at the University of Buckingham.

Meghan advises clients across multiple areas of law, with a developing focus on civil litigation. She is committed to providing practical, client-focused solutions.

Having spent much of her childhood in the Grey-Bruce area, Meghan looks forward to reconnecting with the community. Outside the office she enjoys hiking, backcountry camping and downhill skiing.
